Organizational Introduction

My name is Joy Blessman, founder of Avocado House Sanctuary—a private, members-only estate where Mother Nature gently guides restoration and renewal. It is a space intentionally created for women to pause, reconnect, and rise.

At the Sanctuary, I support high-capacity, visionary women in aligning their inner energy with their outer impact so they may lead with clarity, grounded confidence, and a renewed sense of self.

Our Deliberate Creation Loveshop is an ongoing immersive social experience for industry-shaping women. This guided expansion offers a meaningful pause from the demands of high-performance living—an invitation to interrupt burnout, restore flow, and reconnect with imagination, intuition, and inner clarity.

Unlike traditional “workshops” centered on output and exertion, the Loveshop is designed for elevation, alignment, and sustainable transformation. It is a space where women release internal blocks, gain deeper direction, and move forward with greater confidence, ease, and vitality.  They REMEMBER.

After years of supporting accomplished women in reclaiming their rhythm, honoring their boundaries, and amplifying their impact, this sacred Loveshop is now ready to extend its reach.

Introducing: The Deliberate Creation Loveshop for Emerging Women Leaders

An opportunity to gift access to young women navigating pivotal life transitions—especially those who may not otherwise receive this level of care, mentorship, and support.

This experience is designed for young women standing at the threshold of womanhood, offering grounding, clarity, and connection as they shape and unfold  their favorite versions of themselves.

A restorative, nurturing, paradigm-shifting experience, the Loveshop invites participants to root, rise, and reimagine what is possible within the tranquility of a garden sanctuary where belonging, and personal expansion is emphasized and self-love is ALWAYS the  common denominator.

Program Vision

The Deliberate Creation Loveshop is a guided, immersive experience designed to support young women at a pivotal life threshold—either before entering college or immediately after graduating.

This season of life is often filled with pressure, uncertainty, and unspoken expectations. Many young women are taught to perform, achieve, and push forward—yet rarely given space to listen inward, regulate their energy, and intentionally design their lives.

This Loveshop exists to change that.

Purpose

Young women, particularly those from underserved communities, often lack access to environments that nurture:

• Emotional resilience
• Self-trust and intuitive decision-making
• Healthy boundaries and self-worth
• Visioning beyond survival or societal expectation

Without these tools, burnout, misalignment, and disconnection become normalized early in adulthood.

The Deliberate Creation Loveshop offers an alternative path—one rooted in alignment, restoration, and intentional living.

Social Experience

Unlike traditional workshops focused on productivity and output, the Loveshop creates space for elevation rather than exertion.

Participants will:

• Young women (ages 18–25)
• High school graduates preparing for college
• Recent college graduates navigating next steps
• Women from communities with limited access to wellness and personal development resources

Funding will allow participation for those who would otherwise be unable to afford this experience.

The Deliberate Creation Loveshop is designed as a high-impact, immersive experience with continued integration support to ensure lasting transformation.

Each Loveshop experience is valued at $5,400, which includes:

• An 8-hour guided, in-person immersive Loveshop experience
• Preparation and personalized session design
• Materials and curated environment at Avocado House Sanctuary
• 90 days of follow-up care, including integration support, guidance, and continued accountability

Travel & Accessibility Considerations

To expand access beyond California and reach young women across the United States, additional funding may be required for participants traveling from out of state.

Estimated additional cost per participant: up to $2,000, which may include:

• Roundtrip airfare
• Local transportation
• Hotel accommodations
• Meals during travel

Total Investment Range [Per Participant]

• In-state participant: $5,400
• Out-of-state participant: up to $7,400

Funding Request Purpose

Grant funding will be used to:

• Sponsor full participation for young women who would otherwise be unable to afford the experience
• Ensure equitable access regardless of geographic location
• Maintain the integrity and quality of the immersive environment and follow-up care
• Expand the reach of the Loveshop to underserved and high-potential communities

With funding, this experience can be offered to multiple cohorts annually, creating a ripple effect of empowered, grounded young women entering college and the workforce with:

Funding Request

We respectfully request a minimum of $7400 to fund  1 experience, up to  $153,600 to fully sponsor 24 young women to participate in the Deliberate Creation Loveshop experience.

This investment will provide:

• 1 to 24 full scholarships for young women (ages 18–25)
• Immersive, 8-hour in-person transformation experiences
• 90 days of structured follow-up care and integration support
• Travel access for participants outside of California
• A safe, restorative environment designed for deep personal alignment
